We have a wonderful arrangement with United Containers Limited in respect to the use of their container yard for our race day pits.
It is important that all our members and visitors observe the following rules.
It is also the duty of all club members to manage and enforce these rules with fellow members and visitors.
Please,no exceptions:
· No access to the container yard without direction and express permission of the race convenor
· Do not walk between the containers, on the containers, in the containers or outside of the designated pit area
· Do not ever enter the track facility via the container yard entrance
· All rubbish must be cleared from the container yard at the end of race day
· Any person using the track for hire, practice or race purposes must sign an indemnity form which has an inclusion for the protection of United Containers Limited.
We rely on the goodwill of United Containers Limited for ongoing pit space. We are at serious risk of losing the use of the container yard if we do not practice as above and our member’s observance of United Containers Limited’s instructions is compulsory.
