How Can You Help Your Club?
OFFICIALS:
We urgently need some interested people to assist in this area, to give our loyal team of officials some time off when needed. Our team have a great depth of knowledge ready to share!
TOWER TEAM:
The race tower is a great place to view the racing, get to know others, shelter from the elements and learn about race entry and race recording.
COMMITTEE:
The Committee is looking for keen persons able to commit to the running and Administration of our Club for 2008/09 year.
CONVENORS:
Learn how to run a race day, ideal for those who would like to dedicate a weekend or two.
SCRUTINEERS:
Help out at scrutineering,(checking karts comply) many hands make light work. This is a great way “racers” can give something back and still participate on the day.
TECHNICAL OFFICERS:
Ideally suited to some one with an understanding of the engines
OTHER JOBS:
Other jobs that get done every week are:
Gate, Starter, Bar, Shop, BBQ, Practice, and the behind the scenes preparations that makes our club so great.
The strength of our club is our membership. In 2009 we require new recruits in each and every area. They are not daunting tasks, and can be fun ?. There may be family members or friends who would be interested in getting more involved with our Club.
